Mobile number, name, delivery address, order history, wallet balance, and feedback. We do not store payment card data — card payments are taken in person via the driver/laundry POS card machine.

To operate pickups and deliveries, send order updates via WhatsApp, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with role-based access. Only authorized staff can view client information.

Your rights

You can request deletion or correction of your data by contacting us via the in-app support button.
