How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are back within 24–48 hours. Same-day return is available for items collected before 11 AM in supported areas like JVC, Dubai Marina, and Business Bay.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on delivery, card on delivery, wallet credit, or Pay Later. You only pay once your order has been delivered.
What if I am not home?+
Our driver will WhatsApp and call before arriving. We can reschedule, leave the bag with reception or a neighbour you nominate, or come back at a more convenient time.
