Welcome to Droply. By using our laundry pickup and delivery service you agree to these terms. This is a placeholder document for the MVP — please replace with terms reviewed by your legal counsel before going live.

1. Service

Droply collects, cleans, and returns laundry items via our staff and partners. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is shown in your order. You can pay by cash, card on delivery (driver/laundry POS card machine), or wallet credit.

3. Liability

We take care of your items but cannot accept liability beyond a reasonable replacement value. Inform us of any delicate items before pickup.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a pickup before the driver arrives. Once items are collected, standard processing fees apply.
