Terms of Service

Welcome to Dropster Laundry Platform ("Dropster Laundry", "we", "us"), operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using our laundry pickup and delivery service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Dropster Laundry collects, cleans, and returns laundry items via our drivers and partner laundries. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are subject to change.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is shown in your order before processing. Accepted payment methods: cash, card on delivery, wallet credit, and pay later (settled by the cashier). All prices are in AED and inclusive of applicable VAT.

3. Merchant of Record

Online wallet top-ups and digital purchases on this site are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, payment processing, fraud prevention, and any applicable taxes. Paddle's terms apply to the payment portion of the transaction; ours apply to the laundry service itself.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund of any unused online wallet top-up or digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction. If an item is lost or damaged due to our handling, we offer a refund or replacement up to a reasonable replacement value; service-related refund claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery via our support channel or via Paddle for card-processed transactions. Wallet credit already consumed against an order is not refundable.

5. Returns & Re-do

If your order is not cleaned to standard, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected items.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, submit hazardous items (flammables, biohazards, illegal goods), or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dropster Laundry name, logo, software, and content are owned by Dropster Laundry Platform and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Liability

We take care of your items but cannot accept liability beyond a reasonable replacement value. Inform us of any delicate items before pickup.

9. Cancellation & Suspension

You may cancel a pickup at no charge before the driver arrives. Once items are collected, standard processing fees apply. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or for security reasons.

10. Communication Consent

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional messages (order updates, payment confirmations, delivery reminders) on WhatsApp at the mobile number on file.
