1. Buy a bundle from your account or via WhatsApp. 2. The bundle's value is added to your wallet immediately. 3. Each order's total is deducted from the wallet automatically once delivered. 4. Top up again whenever you'd like — there's no auto-renew, no surprise charges. Bundle credit is non-refundable but doesn't expire on standard tiers.

How do I book a laundry pickup?+

Tap Book Pickup Now, choose a 2-hour window, and confirm your address. We'll send a WhatsApp confirmation and the driver's arrival time. Booking takes under 30 seconds and no signup is required for your first order.

How long does delivery take?+

Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours. Same-day turnaround is available for items collected before 11 AM, subject to capacity. You'll get a WhatsApp update the moment your bag is ready and another when it's out for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash on delivery, card on delivery, wallet credit (top up once and reuse), or Pay Later. You only pay after the order is delivered — no upfront charges or hidden fees.

What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?+

Our driver will call and message on WhatsApp before arriving. If you're not available, we can reschedule, leave the bag with reception or a neighbour you nominate, or come back at a more convenient time.
