How do I book a laundry pickup?+
Tap Book Pickup Now, choose a 2-hour window, and confirm your address. We'll send a WhatsApp confirmation and the driver's arrival time. Booking takes under 30 seconds and no signup is required for your first order.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours. Same-day turnaround is available for items collected before 11 AM, subject to capacity. You'll get a WhatsApp update the moment your bag is ready and another when it's out for delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on delivery, card on delivery, wallet credit (top up once and reuse), or Pay Later. You only pay after the order is delivered — no upfront charges or hidden fees.
What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?+
Our driver will call and message on WhatsApp before arriving. If you're not available, we can reschedule, leave the bag with reception or a neighbour you nominate, or come back at a more convenient time.

What if an item is damaged or missing?+
Every bag is QR-tagged and tracked through pickup, cleaning, and delivery, so issues are rare. If something does go wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we'll investigate, refund, or replace per our terms.
